April 17: New Pregnancy Yoga Classes

Calling all the Pregnant Mamas! Some of the beautiful ladies in my classes have recently had their babies and I now have some spaces on my pregnancy yoga courses.

I teach in two locations at different times and days:

I have new six-week courses starting on Tuesday 18th and Wednesday 19th of April, after the Easter break. There will be a maximum of six mums to be and it's a relaxed and intimate class. Pregnant ladies in all trimesters are very welcome. No yoga experience needed.

We will practice standing and seated work which is adapted for whatever stage of pregnancy you are in. The method breaks down tensions in the body to find a natural softness, cultivates space in the spine, the lower back and belly and uses the feet to build strength in the legs and naturally activate the pelvic floor. It also enables connection to the floor (mother earth), to others and most importantly to your baby. Read more about the class here

It's a great opportunity to meet and connect with other women and share the journey of motherhood that we are all on! All mats, blankets, pillows and cushions are provided. 

The cost is 60€ for the whole course, payable in advance or 15€ for a drop in class. Bookings are essential.
