A new six-week Pregnancy Yoga course, in English, starting on 1st February at Happy Milk
The class will be held every Wednesday evening at 19h- 20h at Moms & Baby Club Happy Milk (Calle Casp 46) and will run from 1st February - 15th March. Led by English trained Yoga Teacher Joanna O'Meally.
The course is open to anyone of all trimesters and whether you have practiced yoga before or are a complete beginner. We will do standing and seated work appropriate for whichever stage of pregnancy you are at. The method breaks down tensions in the body to find a natural softness, cultivates space in the spine, the lower back and belly and uses the feet to build strength in the legs and naturally activate the pelvic floor. It also enables connection to the floor (mother earth), to others and most importantly to your baby. Read more about the class here.
It will be a relaxed and intimate class with a maximum of six pregnant mums to be. This is a great opportunity to meet and connect with other women and share the journey of motherhood that we are all on! All you need to do bring is yourself, mats, blankets etc. are all provided.
The cost is 60€ for the whole course, payable in advance or 15€ for a drop in class. Bookings are essential.
